Optic Distortion 3
A solid unique, handmade glass wedge featuring a lens distortion of strands of coloured glass (knowns as stringers). The pattern has been set up at an angle in the kiln and melted at high temperature to enable the glass to flow and distort the pattern. The resulting wedge is trimmed and coldworked for several hours to a produce a glossy, shiny piece of glass art finished to gallery standards.
